Online session: Tuesdays at 8.30am - 9am (30 minutes)

Do you sometimes start the day feeling low, unfocused and disconnected from what you care about?

Do you want a class that gives you space to tune in to a deeper sense of yourself and your place in the bigger story that is all around us?

Being part of a regular online practice community can support you to build resilience, focus your energy and show up authentically with yourself and others.

The somatic practice group offers a grounded, centring practice; giving you the tools to manage your energy and come down from your head, often a place of anxiety or procrastination, and into your body.

It’s a great way to start the day

• Get open, present and connected at the start of the day
• Learn to organise your energy around what you care about
• Practice moving your state from thinking to feeling
• Embody your personal commitments
• Learn to exercise your muscle of attention
• Tune in to your head/heart/gut energy centres
• Build resilience
• Be part of an embodied community practice
• Move with gratitude and prayer

The encouragement is to commit to a regular block of practice and the group usually runs for 8 week blocks.

“Morning practice has provided an anchor point in my week for calm, and to take time out for grounding and focussing the energies in my body. I’ve really benefited from the support of others and this has been so beneficial in strengthening my practice.”

“My practice in this group is proving to be a consistent reminder for me to attune and maintain my awareness of my self, my body, and grounded connection to earth and my surroundings. With great appreciation.”
